Most smart-phones these days are equipped with GPS functions which helps drivers. Even though engineers still favor the GPS devices, more and more people have used smart-phones for driving directions. It sounds a little odds, but it has happened at least in Japan. The Japanese mobile provider, DoCoMo, has developed the “smart key” in a partnership with the Japanese 3rd largest auto manufacture, Nissan. The “smart key” allows drivers to open the doors and start the engine in short distance through their smart-phones.

Clock & Alarm may come its end since most cellphone and smart-phone users cannot find a good reason to buy an extra clock just to wake them up. The exclusion may be for those who collect antique clocks only.
